3G CDMA NETWORK SHUTDOWN

As wireless carriers upgrade their networks to 4G and 5G, we are doing the same and shutting down our 3G CDMA on January 14, 2024.

Major wireless carriers have already shut down their 3G CDMA networks and you're likely starting to notice the effects on your older devices. When we shut down our network, 3G devices will lose service completely. We are committed to supporting our customers and are ready and available to assist you through this transition. To keep you connected, we're offering big discounts on 4G/5G devices.

Your phone may have already started to experience the following disruptions before it stops working completely:
No calling, texting and data usage.
No or slow data.
No 911 or other emergency calls.
Replace your device today to ensure continued service. Don't worry. We're here to help you along the way.

- Since Prepaid customers pay for service in advance, Prepaid 3G CDMA line(s) of service will be suspended starting November 1 and completing December 30, 2023, the day prior to the anniversary date.
- All other 3G CDMA line(s) of service will be suspended as early as January 1 and no later than January 13, 2024.
- If your device is no longer needed, we will cancel your CDMA line on your behalf on January 30, 2024.
- If you do not replace your device with a 4G/5G model, your 3G CDMA device will stop working once your 3G line(s) of service is/are suspended. Your 3G CDMA line(s) of service will be canceled on January 30, 2024.
- You can still upgrade your device after your 3G CDMA line of service has been suspended.
- If you need to keep your current phone number, please contact us immediately.
