This summer, UScellular accounts will move to T-Mobile, bringing a stronger network,
more choices, and additional perks. During this time, some actions such as new plan selections or adding a line

If you’re enrolled in AutoPay, your payment withdrawal date may adjust slightly based on how payments are
processed after your move. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through any details and what to expect in your next steps
after your move to T-Mobile systems.
You’ll continue to receive the full value of your offers and promotions. In some cases, we may apply the remaining value sooner as part of your move. If anything applies to your account, we’ll let you know—either way, you won’t lose the value of your promotion.
No. You will not be charged any fees because of your account automatically moving to T-Mobile.
If you have AutoPay set up today, those settings will carry over when your account moves to T-Mobile. If any
updates are needed, we'll notify you and provide clear instructions.
No immediate changes are required to how you receive or pay your bill, and we do not expect any changes that
would increase your monthly cost or reduce your plan benefits because of your move to T-Mobile.
If you currently use paperless billing, once your account has moved you will need to set up T-Life to continue
viewing your bill digitally. When your account moves to T-Mobile, you’ll receive a message confirming the
update, along with instructions on when and how to download and set up the T-Life app.
As part of joining T-Mobile, your personal data will now be covered by the T-Mobile Privacy Notice, which
explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
Yes. Once you’ve set up your T-Mobile ID and gained access to the T-Life app or by signing in to T-Mobile.com,
you’ll be able to view your previous UScellular bills—up to the past 18 months.

online account as you do today. We'll notify you when it's time to switch to T-Mobile's T-Life app and provide
instructions to manage your account.
Lifeline
UScellular is no longer participating in the Lifeline program (Government Lifeline Assistance Program). As a result, your Lifeline discount will end on March 31, 2026.
After that date, your monthly bill will no longer include the Lifeline discount and will reflect the standard rate for your current plan.
No. Your service will continue after March 31, 2026. Only the Lifeline discount will end.

Yes. To receive Lifeline service from a different participating provider, you'll need to apply directly with the new provider. If approved, your Lifeline discount will be applied to your new service according to program rules.
T-Mobile's Lifeline service is offered through Assurance Wireless, a separate Lifeline provider. You can visit Assurance Wireless to explore available plans and check your eligibility.
In most cases, you can keep your phone number. Your new Lifeline provider can confirm eligibility and help with the transfer.
