UScellular Try US® FAQs

  • No cost and no catch. When you download the UScellular Try US app, you can try our network for 30 days, no obligation. You must have an address in our footprint, have service with another carrier, and a device that is eSIM capable. You won't even need a credit card to get started.
  • Yes, you keep your current number and service. As part of the trial, UScellular gives you a temporary phone number that is active on the UScellular network to use for 30 days.
  • Your free trial on the UScellular network automatically ends after 30 days. Anytime during or after the trial, you have the option to sign up for service with us. At that point, you can start service with a new number, or you can bring your existing number from another carrier.
  • Your trial will include unlimited voice and text, and 50GB of priority data for 30 days. You'll also get 10GB of free hotspot access. Data may automatically shift to 3G speeds upon reaching the trial data limit and be temporarily slowed in times of congestion.
  • After your first trial has ended, you can start a new trial after six months.

  • Yes, businesses are welcome to try our service via this app. Each trial user in your organization must sign up individually on their devices.
