UScellular® believes accessibility to wireless and internet service is essential to the communities we serve so we offer programs for eligible customers that provides valuable plan discounts.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

ACP helps you pay for internet and wireless service; up to $30 off plans for eligible households and up to $75 off for qualifying Tribal Lands.

Who is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program?

A household is eligible if one member of the household:

  • Qualifies for the Lifeline program;
  • Receives or has received benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision, or did so in the 2019-2020 school year;
  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year; or
  • Participates in Special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children (“WIC”);
  • Has a total household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a household of that size
  • Eligible households can receive up to $30 per month or up to $75 per month in certain Tribal areas on plans with data.
  • Eligible in CA, IA, IL, KS, ME, MO, NC, NE, NH, OK, OR, TN, VA, WA, WI, WV

You could qualify for discounts on UScellular wireless service with a Lifeline Calling Plan if your home address is within UScellular’s ETC coverage area.
