  • Adding a line on your account is easy. Just follow these steps:
    • Log in to My Account
    • Click Manage Devices
    • Click the Lines & More link and then Add Device
  • We make the process as smooth as possible. You can start by selecting a new device or you can bring your own device, if it's compatible. We'll walk you through the steps to get connected.
  • We require a credit check for all UScellular wireless services except for our  No Contract Prepaid Service Plan. Your credit rating will not affect your eligibility for services, but a security deposit may be required before activation.
  • Your deposit will be available after your account has been active and paid in full for 12 consecutive months.
  • UScellular offers:
    • ground shipping (free)
    • 2-day shipping ($4.99)
    • expedited shipping ($14.99)
  • Log in to My Account and under the Account menu, select Order History. You'll see a list of your recent orders and the status of each. Click "View Details" on an order item for more information. If you're looking for something specific, use the filters along the top of the page to search by Order ID, phone number, etc.
  • We offer a 15-Day Guarantee which allows you to return or exchange your phone if we are not the right fit for you. You will only have to pay for the service used (monthly access fees, taxes and other charges) and a restocking fee may apply.

    If you're not fully satisfied, simply use our pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip in your box to send it back within 15 days of your activation date.
  • We offer a 15-Day Excellence Guarantee which allows you to return or exchange your device or accessory if we're not the right fit for you. You'll only have to pay for the service used (monthly access fees, taxes and other charges) and a restocking fee. Review our Returns & Exchanges page for full details so you know what’s needed to make a return.

    Note: You will be charged the full price if your screen is locked, if there’s any personal information on the device, if it is not deleted from any cloud accounts, and if it’s not reset to manufacturer default settings.

    If your device was mailed to you (e.g. orders online or over the phone), use the pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip included with your package to send it back within 15 days of your activation date. You can also visit us in-store to return.
