ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Where are monthly device promotional credits listed? When will I see promotional credits on my bill? Promotional credits are included in the Credits and Adjustments section of your bill. These can take up to 60 days (or two billing cycles) after activation to show up on your account.
    Note: Making any changes to your account may impact your promotional credit eligibility.
  • Shipment dates depend on product availability. If a product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately and will be delivered based on the shipment preference selected during checkout. Product availability is subject to global supply conditions, which may impact availability of a product.
    • To begin the registration process:
      • Click the Log In link. If you are a prepaid customer use our My UScellular Prepaid account
      • Download our App from the App store - Billed accounts only
    • Click the Register link
    • Enter your UScellular® mobile number or the MEID for your device
    • Enter your email address and agree to the Terms and Conditions
    • Open your email and follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration
